Hi Sergio,
I'm not sure I'm follwing you on what you're
upgrading. If you're going to Office System 2003
you need the Office 97, 2000, XP CD or the MS Works
CD available but it doesn't have to be installed.
If you're trying to use MS Office XP on 2 computers
these are the license restrictions:
1. OEM copies cannot be installed on 2 computers
or transferred between computers
2. Office XP Standard Student and Teachers Edition
cannot be installed on 2 computers but can be
transferred (Office 2003 Student & Teachers Edition
can allow up to 3 computers for family use).
3. Office XP Standard and Professional Edition boxed
retail products can be installed and used by the same
person on 1 desktop and 1 portable computer.
