A. I have a compiled application that we distribute with ACCESS runtime SR1
applied.
B. This application has one report that requires the paper to be Legal,
Landscape, It was designed this way and saved in the compiled application
this way.
C. We have most of our clients who when running this report have it preview
and print just as the report was designed with no problem at all.
D. We have a few clients that when running this report preview comes up in
Letter/Landscape at which point they have to go to page setup and change the
paper size to Legal, then the preview shows correctly and they can print it
fine. (This is an inconvenience they should not have to endure.)
E. I have one client that has informed me that when he runs the report it
previews in Letter/Landscape and when he goes to page setup (the report is
still up in preview by the way) and changes the paper size to Legal the
preview changes correctly but when he prints it is comes out in Letter.
Please note: I have read all of the newsgroup posts regarding paper size and
most offer as a solution applying the SR 1/SR 1a service packs. THIS HAS BEEN
DONE TO NO AVAIL.
