I run Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange and I have a receptionist that
left and the replacement needed the old user's account for documents and
email. I renamed the account in all areas, but the alias remains the old
user name when sending a new email to the new user. Auto complete displays
the new user but with the old alias. For example: (e-mail address removed)<olduser>
I need a way to change that. I have tried deleting the name from my
recipients list and getting it again from the global address list but it
still shows the wrong alias. What can I do?
