i need to create a 2nd worksheet from my base worksheet

I have a MASTER workbook that I need to use to create new workbook. I need
the information in the second workbook to change whenever I change the
information in the masterwoork book. I have text, numbers, and formula's in
the master workbook and I would really like the same format (font, colors,
alignment, etc) to follow from the first workbook.......anyone have idea's
for me?
