I have made a self audit awareness check with employee names, employee
numbers and department names. But now the list is so big, 66 names for two
departments. So I need to filter employees on department names.
I have made a drop-down list box with manually entered department names,
Plasma & Welding 1 and Plasma & welding 2.
When I choose, for example plasma & welding 1, it has to filter al the
employee names working in Plasma & Welding 1. I have made rules in the
drop-down list box employee names, so it auto fills employee names, employee
numbers and department names, that works just fine. But when I choose one of
the department names it does not filter the employees.
I have made a rude solution, retrieving it from my database, but it showed
66 department names, not so nice to see.
How can I fix this?
I use infopath 2003 and made a database with excel and saved this as .XML.
Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Marcel
