i need to get back my email address through pop3 smptservers &pass

can any one help me with the above question as the people who set this up are
no
longer trading and i need to access my email account as i had a virus and
they never gave me the password or pop3 and smpt servers if you are unsure
please

Please state your Outlook version, and then explain *exactly* what your
question or problem is.

Regarding lost passwords, contact your ISP and have your password reset.

And finally; don't publish your email address in an open forum or
newsgroup, unless you want to invite lots of spam.
