I need to import emails into Outlook from a CD

My hard drive crashed but I was able to get the data recovered. All of my
data was saved on a disk and now I need to get all of my emails back into
Outlook. I have tried importing them but it doesn't ask me where to import
from. How do I do this?

Don't import. Copy the pst file from the CD to somewhere where your User
account has full Read/write permissions. (Your Documents folder would be a
safe bet). Right click the file and check that the Read Only attribute is
unchecked.
Then open Outlook and do File-Open-Outlook Data File.
