I need to know everything about Outlook 2002/XP Forms !

As a level I helpdesk support agent, I have found that I know NOTHING about
Outlook 2002/XP Forms. I did not know that a customizable form tool was in
existance. The area I need to focus on is Publishing/Distribution ( so that
others/recepients/subscribers can view the form as intended and reply).

Do this make any sense?
