I need to Open a word document in silent mode.

Hello all,

From a VB script I would like to start a new word document using a special
template to populate some of the control fields like text boxes etc and print
and close the document. I would prefer to open the Word in silent mode
meaning since I am not going to do any entry on the document I prefer that
the document to be opened in batch back ground without being displayed at
all.

Any body can help?
