I need to recover overwritten files in word

I overwrote several resumes contained in a floppy diskette saved in Microsoft
Word. I need to recover these files, and I know there was something like
"undelete" command in DOS 6.1. How can I do it to recover overwritten
resumes? Thank you for any support.

Undelete merely "undeletes" deleted files by resetting the "deleted"
marker. By overwriting the files, you made sure the original data would
be extremely expensive to recover. I would suggest you look up a data
recovery firm if that was your only data file.

Hi,

Well, if the files were overwritten it may be still possible to restore
them. I supposing firstly trying powerful data recovery tool. That can
help you, if you won't perform much disk activity before trying to
restore. The one tool I've used before and that never failed is
Undelete:
