I need to snoop around in a user's mailbox and recover deleted ema

I have a "project" assigned to me from the human resources department. They
wanted to see any emails sent between certain users in a certain time period.


I opened up the users' mailbox in my Outlook and I could view what I needed.
But then all of their sent and deleted emails disappered. I think someone
told these people what was going on. So now I need to their emails
recovered. I should have told the VPs that it wasn't possible because I hate
doing stuff like this.

How can I recover deleted emails from another user's mailbox without having
to be on the user's pc?
