I need tool for repair MS Word files.

I need to open/repair DOC file. When I want to open this file MS Word
report that this file is damage, but... I can open this file in Open Office.
This wile was made in MS Word 2003.
Just after last save in MS Word I can't no more open it in MS Word..

Any ideas ?
