I need Urgent help please!

I need to enter the digit + before the country code on
phone numbers eg +44 90869865. I have no other option my
boss wants it.

When I enter the + before the contry code I get an
internal error message when I dial. Outlook express 2000
takes no digits other than 0 to 9 in the phone number
input box. How can I solve this? Help please!

thanks

enter 00 (zero's)
Yr Boss cannot have + it wont work. If he really wants it he will have to
invest in new software, I assume there is some that excepts + and reads it
as 00 as it dials, it also if requires drops the leading 0 in the std phone
number.
None of my pc software excepts +, nor does my phone system. The only phone I
have that excepts + is my digital cellphone
