I now cannot enter text into form

I am using a downloaded template for issues tracking and have made some
modifications, all went well for a while but now I cannot enter text into any
of my boxes in the form. Any ideas what I may have done ?

Are AllowEdits and AllowAdditions set to Yes?

Is the form based on a Query? If so, when you open the Query independently,
can you edit/add data?
