I/O ERROR STATUS

Excel 2000 -
I am having errors that state that the instruction
@ "0x30cf4694" referenced memory @ "0x30cf4694". The
required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O
error status of "0xc000000d"
Does anyone know why this is happening?
