I overprotected my spreadsheet! Need help ASAP!!

So I try to unprotect my worksheet so that anyone in my network can do
whatever they want to it. Now all I see is

"The cell or chart you are trying to change is protected and therefore
read-only"

"To modify a protected cell or chart, first remove protection using the
Unprotect Sheet command (tools menu, Proctection submenu.) You may be
prompted for a password"

A little vague and... it didn't work...

step by step help please!!

What is vague about the suggestion?

Your sheet is obviously protected via Tools>Protection>Protect Sheet.

To unprotect it go to Tools>Protection>Unprotect sheet.

Provide a password if one is required.

If you don't know the password you can copy all the date to a new sheet.
