I Purchased cd but cant download

My computer wont recognize the Microsoft office professional plus 2007
software I purchased at my school. Can I download it off the computer using
the product key on my software?

Wouldn't you rather find out why your computer isn't recognizing the disk?
Any chance it's a DVD and you only have a CD-ROM?

Or you received it in ISO format which you need to convert it using something like Nero or similar

My other cds work. I can also burn audio, data, dvds.... It just wont do
this one.
