I purchased Visio 2003 Standard, yet need one template from Profes

I purchased Visio 2003 Standard, yet I am finding that I need the ability to
create Entity Relationship Diagrams - a template that is only available in
Visio 2003 Professional. Does anyone know if it is possible to:
1. somehow import just that template,
2. if so from where, and
3. will it allow me to generate an Access or SQL database from it, or
reverse engineer the same (as the Professional version allows)?

You need to purchase Visio Pro to Reverse Engineer, but you need Visio
Enterprise Architect (part of Visual Studio 2005 Enterprise) to Forward
Engineer (it also does Reverse Engineer)
