I have to at least be able to view my notebooks. OneNote Mobile has the one
nice function of collecting scraps that can be inported but I have to be able
to view my notes as well when all I have is my PPC.
Suggestions are:
1 - get the PDF exported to better layout notebooks/sections/pages so it is
more obvious and to put the index into the PDF. I tried this and it sort of
worked but the formatting was basic and the quality was terrible at most
resolutuins. Some line you could read fine but others not hardly at all and
they were the same font and size.
2 - get davetse's OneNote Web Exporter to run on Vista and create web files
in a folder that can be moved to the PPC and viewed there if the PPC browser
will view local files. I tired this but could not get it to tun after
installin on my Vista PC.
3 - have an autmated way to publish to the PPC sync folders using both of
these techniques so you can get whole notebooks refreshed on a regular basis.
