i receive a slide show( pps ) how do i change it to a ppt file

i just can't seem to be able to change some slide shows that i have received
into just regular pictures. i know that i am suppose to change the slide show
from pps to ppt then save it but i just can't seem to be able to do that
can you please help me . how do i do that ??
