I receive an error when I search for shapes in Visio 2003

I am currently using Microsoft Visio 2003 and I am unable to search for
shapes in the text box because of an error establishing a connection to the
web server. I checked my Internet connection and that is working fine, I used
the program's "Detect and Repair" feature available under the Help menu and
that did not fix the problem.
I am not sure what else can be used to correct this problem but the error
I receive every time I search for shapes in the “Search for Shapes†text box
is:

“1. Visio Web Shapes - Unable to establish a connection with the Web
server. Try your search again later.â€
If anyone knows what I can do to correct this problem, let me know.
Thank you.

Check menu Tools -> Options -> Shape Search and check that 'The
Internet' and 'Visio Web Shapes' are both ticked.

Are you behind a wirewall? Check that the Visio application isn't
being blocked?
