I receive this error!!Please help

"You need Microsoft Project Professional or microsoft office project
professional 2003 in order to perform this action."

This happen to one of the client when she click on vie in Ms project icon in
PWA and also update.However she can connect to project server in MS Project
professional 2003 with no problem.I had checkout the Microsoft Knowledge
article and doesnt seems help.(Had tried using IP instead of server name in
collabaration information.

It's very important that the user connects to Project Web Access using the
exact form of the URL specified in their Project Server Account in order for
this to work.
