I received a trial Microsoft office 2003 but I can't install

I got this message below but I can't install because of previous problems
with a WiFi card now I have Verizon wireless and everything ok. Office does
not show up in the show all programs therefor my orignal office was
uninstalled as a result of previous techies messing with my computer trying
to make the WiFi card work.
I need the office and I have never been able to use any of it I am working
with Works and I don't like it. Help. Office 2003 came as a package with
Window XP for my Gateway notebook.
Below is a copy of what i got e-mail but I can't install as nothing show
under my programs so I can "run" it.

GEE WHIZ!!!

You have done so many things that you should NEVER do in a single post I
feel the need to thump you upside your head!

NEVER POST PRODUCT ID NUMBERS. I don't care if they are trial or not.

NEVER POST YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!

Normally I give people the dickens for posting in caps but I *am* yelling
this time. Maybe you don't know this but there are people online who are
very scary...as in dangerous!

Now, about your computer issue. If you have Works, you didn't get Office.
You had a trial version. If you need Office, you have to buy it. I recommend
getting it thru Amazon.com. It's cheaper than most places and you actually
get the CDs in hand.
