Just which bit of this e-mail do you really think might be true?

The Yahoo e-mail address (as already pointed out)?
The Nigerian 'phone number perhaps?

is it true if it is true then what can i do?
please answer me as soon as possible.

It's a fraud, it appears to be a "pishing" scheme. If you answer,
you'll be asked to enter a great deal of personal information including
bank account information, credit card numbers, PayPal information (if
you have an account), SS number, etc. etc.etc. and then they'll have
the necessary information for identity theft with you being the victim.

Delete it w/o answering.
