I recovered a deleted picture and can only see a red cross

I recovered a deleted picture but can only see a red cross and not the
picture, how can fix this?

Perhaps you only believe you recovered the deleted picture? Can you copy
it to someplace else on the hard drive or to a thumbdrive/memory stick?
