i reinstalled windows xp and now i cannot install works suite 2002

i have had works suite 2002 on my computer and it worked fine until i
reinstalled windows, now i get an error message 1305. and cannot locate
d:\msworks\pfiles\msworks\wkwpac.dll and it will not complete the install.
help!!!
