I screwed up my outlook 2002

Folks,

I am looking for someone with a silver bullet for my problem.
My EX-sysadmin was doing an update to my exchange server
hard drive, and unfortunately blew up the system. To
compound the issue, it appears that we were not getting
backups... <sigh!>

I have a couple of guys who set their Outlook to sync
Off-line when they travel. Looking at the KB, it seems
that there is no recovery due to built-in Outlook security
issues. Anyone have any ideas?
