I see "?" in korean display name

I use oulook 2003(unicode PST),My language setting in win Xp is for english,i
see "?" in Korean display name .
if I use outlook xp with non unicode PST Display name appears and only email
address shown.i want this situatation but with oulook 2003

You could try to use gpedit.msc with OUTLK11.ADM. Select
-> User Configuration
-> Administrative Templates
-> Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
-> Exchange Settings
Enable Exchange Unicode Mode - Ignore Archive Format
Enable Exchange Unicode Mode - Ignore OST Format

You may have to reboot after you change the settings.
Above resolved a similar problem with Japanese messages for me.
