I am scheduling a meeting in Outlook but when I send the dates and times to a
user they recieve it in code (text only)

Are you sending from a more recent version of Outlook (2002 or 2003) to
Outlook 2000? It is a known bug - send the meeting/appointment without a
reminder.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
