I should able to exclude only one person from dlist

Hi,

I usually face this problem. As you know in the organization we will have
distribution list created for a group.

When they want to give a party for one person or give him/her a surprise it
becomes necessary to exclude him/her from dlist to communicate to others. In
that case, we end up in typing everyone's except that person e-mail id.

I am not sure if such an option exist. If not,

My Idea here is:

Outlook should have one another field say "Exclude", the e-mail typed in
that field should be excluded from sending the e-mail. Hence we can avoid
typing many e-mails ids in To field. Just type dlist in "To" field and that
person or persons e-mail in "exclude" field

This is a programming group, you know.

If you are using Outlook 2003 or later just put the DL in the to field,
expand the DL and then delete whichever members should be excluded.
