Donna

I posted a question about my cd/sound not playing in my presentation and
after doing some research on this board, discovered that iTunes music don't
play in Powerpoints and lo and behold - it is somehting I burned to CD from
an iTunes download. Does anyone know if I download it using Walmart's music
store if it will play in PP? Or some other way to acquire it so it will play
in Powerp without buying the whole CD? (I need one song) Thanks!

Donna, unfortunately no. All the commercial music download services place
DRM into the music specifically so the user can not republish the music
without permission from the content owner. If they didn't do this you could
place it on the P2P (Kazza) networks as a pirated copy.

In iTunes, burn the track to a CD. Then you can "rip" it from the CD using
something like the free AudioGrabber. Use Google to find it.
