Sorry for the impatience, but people who give advice on this forum could do
with providing better answers and greater clarification.

With some name changes, clarification with the tables and identifying a
couple of problems my database is now working. I knew it was possible with
just fields I had and the way they are set up.

Just need to do some modifications and improvements.
