Running Outlook 2002, SP3 on Windows Xp, Service Pack 2, Exchange Server
2000, latest service pack. I have some users experiencing hanging problems
during different functions. For example, when they click an email to open it
hangs. When they run the mouse over the tool bar, Outlook hangs. it hangs
for about 15 to 20 seconds, then acts normal. They are experiencing 15 to 20
hangs a day. I have rebuilt their profiles. Reinstalled Outlook. Applied
the necessary patches, to no avail. Any and all help is appreciated.
