I totally messed up configuring Outlook 2003

Now it's stuck in an evil loop. It comes up wants a password that I don't
believe exists and then shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and
it's stuck. How do you reset it so to speak? I was trying to set it up for
pop3 mail but chose MSN option by mistake. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

Control Panel>Mail>E-mail Accounts will allow you to remove the incorrect
account.
