I tried to download sr2chk.exe, but can't find it. (for Office 97.

My MS Outlook will not open. I think I need an Update. Searching the files
on MS, it says to download "sr2chk.exe" to run a utility to determine what
update you need. Unfortunately, there is no Highlighted link to this file.
Where can I find this file??

You've tried a repair of OL?
You've tried opening OL in safe mode?
You've checked, in running processess, for any other instances of OL
running?
Unless yr problem is v.specifically related, an update is unlikely to cure
an underlying problem.
You need to cure the problem first.
