I tried to load Word alone,but....

Tried to load Word alone from Office 2000 premium disc
onto the kids PC but it loaded the whole suite. I checked
the appropriate selections but must have done something
wrong.
Any help out there?

Run setup again in maintenance mode and deselect the components you want
removed.

include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.
