I try to install MS office Ultimate 2007 but error 1402 appear

[I try to install MS office Ultimate 2007]

when I try to install MS office Ultimate 2007 but error 1402 appear on screen
and said cannot open registry key ??
They automatically unistalled part of my office 2003 and i couldn't use them
anymore ~

is there anyone that could help ?

It also said HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
Verfiy that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or
contact Microsoft Product Suppor Services for assistance.

To check the permissions on this key...

Click on start, goto run..
Type "regedit" (without quotes)
find that key.
Right click on the key and goto permissions. Give everyone full permissions.

Try the install again.

If this doesnt work we will need a verbose log to look at. I can help you
obtain that if need be.

My error is similar to the one mentioned herein, but it varies on the key,

However, when I try to set the permissions I get the following:"Unable to
save permissions on 0. Access is denied"

When you get access denied when trying to modify reg keys or files, first
take ownership of the reg key or file, then you will be able to change perms.
