I try to install the updates but I get the troubleshooter

I have tried to install the service packs and the download just goes right to
the troubleshooter page. It does not say "installation Unsuccessful" or
"update can not be applied" I am trying to install service pak 2 & 3. I
have a "legal" version of office.

What have you tried, as far as troubleshooting goes? What version of Office
are you running?
