I am having the same problem.. I install office 2000 and then apply the sr-1
and when I switch users on my machine, it asks for a disk. I then uninstall
everything and tried sr-1a and it does the same thing. It keeps asking for
the sr-1 professional disk. I got back past this one time by downloading the
sr-1a full product download, but I can't find any more. If I apply sr-1 and
then sr-3 under an administrator account and then log on as a different user,
will it ask me for the disks? I have a lab setting and I don't want to have
disks available everytime someone logs in. any help would be appreciated.
