I use Office XP but installer wants data1.msi from Office 2000 !!

I use Office XP and therefore have the relevant CD's. However email's and
some webpages prompt for data1.msi from Office 2000 CD which I don't have.
Can't find relevant file to download from internet. Any clues ??

Hi SciCoach,

Data1.MSI is the main installation file name used on CD#1 of various
Office 2000 products. You may still have a 2000 series product installed,
such as MS Word 2000 from MS Works. Check in Add/Remove Programs in the
WIndows control panel to see if you have a 2000 series product that needs
to be uninstalled.
