I have windows Vista Home premium and want to use Windows live mail. How do I
move my old mail from outlook to win mail. I do not have outlook express mail
on my old computer so that route is out.
Of course I want contacts and calendar as well.
Suggestions?

It would be odd not to have OE on your old windows PC, what makes you think
you dont?
Or, install Outlook on the Vista PC, connect it to your old outlook data
file, then use Mail to import

You make a good point. The old computer is a Vista 64 bit machine, with
Office 2007. I can't find outlook express to open it. I have always used
Outlook only since I started with Office back in the pre-ME days.
I say the 64 bit machine is the old computer, I mean it is my older machine.
I am using my new machine for documents and email exclusively, but if I can't
transfer my archive and current mail, contacts, and calendar I may have a
brand new anchor on my hands that cost about $2000.00!!!!

Windows Vista uses Windows Mail not Outlook Express.
