I wander lonely as a cloud.

Dear ELM,
When you talk about playing Pooh sticks in the Amazon River I hope you
realize that it is bigger even than the Baradine Creek in flood! You would
have to use tellegraph poles at least to follow them, and this is not very
practical. And if you go tree climbing in Tibet please dont forget to take
baloons and a pop gun, other wise you could be stuck up a tree unable to get
down!
Thank you for your lovely long email. My reply will not be as long I am
afraid. My typing is just a titsy bit slower than yours! However keep up the
good work ,it is a comfort to this little Cloud. I must admit I was a little
disappointed with the photos. Couldn't you bounce in front of the camera, or
at least get one of those capable women to take a little picture for this
lonely cloud?
We had our Bird Meeting in Yarrigan NATIONAL PARK yesterday. 17 there ,
which wasn't too bad seeing as how so many people are tripping about all
over the world having a wonderful time. We saw 54 species all up which
again was good. Off course there was not any one bounceing about frightening
the birds, and chasing them with a camera! And Nancy was not there with her
bright red hat wanting to sit on them!! Weonly saw 28 Gloosy Black
Cockatoos. I was only able to get about 10 feet from them so I wont bother
sending any of the many photos I took! Iam pleased that the business with
the house seems to be going along O.K I am wondering if the state of the
World finances will have had a bad effect on the price? Love to you
ELM DLMxx
