The correct place to ask this would be word.international.features or,
possibly, word.spelling.grammar.

Microsoft does not provide tools to translate complete documents, only (for
some language combinations) for translating single words. These tools are
part of the Office Language Pack (proofing tools) CD. More information can
be found on microsoft.com.

If you require any other type of translation, you need to use a third-party
service.
