I want a subform to disappear from my report if blank

I have a report that includes a list of service calls, grouped by apt unit,
in continous forms format. I then have a subreport that lists out any
[actions] taken regarding each service call.

I am trying to figure out how to avoid having a big blank space if there are
no [actions] associated with a particular service call. I have the subform
sized as small as I can get it.

Is there a property I can change on the subform that will not let it repeat
in the continous form if there is no data to show ?

Nevermind -

I discovered that I can actually skrink it almost nothing and it
automatically grows on the report if there is any data to display.
