I want ALL Help in separate windows ALWAYS and forever

For all Microsoft programs, without exception, from Visual Studio to Office
to Project...Help must NEVER take up my valuable screen real estate unless I
want it on top. At least make the Help window location user-configurable.

Sheesh, just drag it off to the side, and put it where ever you want it.
