I want "AND" conditions in filter, not "OR" conditions

In Outlook 2003, I have applied a filter to a view of my calendar consisting
of serveral conditions. It appears that Outlook treats the conditions as
"OR" statements. That is, if any of the conditions are met, the filter will
apply. However, I would like the conditions set so that ALL of them must be
met for the filter to apply, that is, they should be "AND" conditions. I
will appreciate advice.
