I want duplicate or cc: messages

Is there a way to configure Outlook97 (8.04) so that when an email is
received by us ([email protected]), a duplicate or copy of the
message is also sent to another internal Outlook user ? (ie.
(e-mail address removed))

If I ([email protected]) send an email to (e-mail address removed), a
copy of the message is automatically sent to (e-mail address removed) as
well (unbeknownst to me as UserC.)
