I want green bubbles!

In the standardformat notebook for studies there are green bubbles up in the
left hand corner. I would like to be able to apply those to several of my
documents but under design in the format meny there is only blue bubbles. Can
anyone help?

And would it be possible for OneNote to add more colours to the appearences
of the notebooks in the left hand window. That would ease my work since I
have at least 10 notebooks.

Copy one of the pages with the green bubbles in the background.
Clear all the text (this is going to be your template page)
Menu: Format-Templates...
Click "Save current page as a template" at the bottom of the task pane.
Name it "Green Bubbles"
Now it will appear under My Templates.
You can right click Green Bubbles and make it the default template for a
section.
