I want it

I have seen OneNotes and I want to know if it will work with my XP Home
Edition to which I have put a part of Office 98 on? Now, will it or wont it
work for me? I like ti way the program looks enough to play around and see if
I can get it to work.
And is there a download for the OneNote with-out the Service Pack Update?
I would love to have HIGH SPEED but where I live it's Country, there for I'm
left with Dail-Up and at times it's slow. AND Microsoft as not come out with
a CD to order yet. SO, is there a download that is smaller then 80. mg? That
would be really nice for use back hill folk!!

Thanks
Pam

I would LOVE to use this Program for my Genealogy!!!

No, Not Outlook, every since I put Microsoft Word 98 on this Home Edition
Notebook it well take me to the office updates when I go from the update in
the Microsoft Word Browser. Any other time I go from the update link provided
for XP Home Edition, there is no Office update when I do updates that way!

'tis no such thing as Word 98 whot will run on Windows XP.

There was:
Office 95
Office 97
Outlook 98 (since Outlook 97 had some problems)
Office 2000
Office XP (2002)
Office 2003

Pam,
Office 98 is one of the Mac versions. Can you verify what you are seeing by
opening Word, going to Help and bringing up "About MS Word"? It should say
there what version you have.

Another option just came to me: Did the Word version you installed come from
Works instead of Office?

Duh, OK, It was Works. Really I would like to find a download smaller then
80.1 mg. I'm not cool at the waiting game but...... It's it, All good things
come to those who wait!!!

Thanks Kathy
