i want my address on the bottom of my e-mails

I want to be able to set my e-mails up so that everytime I send an e-mail, my
contact address and telephone numbers are visible after the written text and
are sent automatically to the e-mail recipient. How can I do this?

You don't say what version of Outlook you are using, but for OL2003:

Tools, Options, Mail format, Signatures.

From the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and
then click the Mail Format tab.
In the Compose in this message format list, click the message format that
you want to use the signature with.
Under Signature, choose the signatures that you want to use for new messages
and for replies and forwards. You can use different signatures for each.
